Dr. Anil Gulati is a pediatrician with unique blend of leadership experience in Clinical Pediatrics, Continuing Medical Education, and Medical Information Systems.
Dr. Gulati is one of the pioneers of Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management Systems in India. His leadership developed one of India’s earliest such systems in 1995. Since then, he has been closely associated with the medical informatics industry—an expert advisor to NSDl e-Gov for its Arogya Saarthi (NAD) App. He has worked with the Delhi Government (Education Dept.) to enact a ban on interviews for preschool children.  He has also worked in the resettlement colonies of Delhi to study the impact on the health and nutritional status of children covered under the Government of India’s ICDS scheme. He has often been interviewed or featured in national and local media. Once in the Washington Post as well. Dr. Gulati has delivered scientific talks and chaired many sessions for the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and Conducted various workshops relating to issues concerning children in collaboration with UNICEF, NCERT, DMA, the Government of Delhi, and others.
He travels frequently within India to deliver scientific lectures to doctors. He has 40 years of experience in Pediatrics, holding various positions in well-known hospitals in New Delhi. The hospitals where he has served are Maulana Azad Medical College, Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital, G.B.Pant Hospital, Lady Hardinge Medical College & Smt. Sucheta Kripalani Hospital, Kalawati Saran Children Hospital, B.L. Kapur Memorial Hospital and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
